FERRITE ARC SEGMENTS
Ferrite Arc Segments are available in Barium Ferrite or Strontium Ferrite materials. Size of arcs can range from very small to arcs weighting several pounds. Arc widths up to 160° angular width can be supplied. Magnetic properties vary with the size of the arc and can range from:
3800 Br x 3800 Hb
4000 Br x 4000 Hb
4300 Br x 3700 Hb
Higher grades will be supplied when they become certified for production. Sample arcs can be supplied from similar existing tooling or can be made from certification approval off production tooling. PPAP samples can be supplied within 8 weeks and tooling is designed to meet production rates. Magnet arcs are manufactured to meet QS 9000 certifiable and MMPA standards.
