Aluminum and Zinc die castings can be produced to meet customer specifications. High density parts can be produced using large tonnage casters. Coated parts are also available. Die castings can be supplied as cast or machined to tight tolerances.
For high volume applications, PPAP samples can be supplied off new tooling within 8 weeks. Inserts can be cast into parts at the customer's request.
